Using Ideas from the A-Level Mindset this standalone PSHE lesson was used before school-wide assessments to focus students’ minds on what Effort actually means, particularly in an A-Level context. This was an observed lesson for Year 12 PSHE. The resource pack includes the lesson PowerPoint, worksheet and outline lesson plan. Feedback as ever would be greatly appreciated.

Using Ideas from the A-Level Mindset this standalone PSHE lesson was used before school-wide assessments to focus students’ minds on what study ‘Systems’ actually are, particularly in an A-Level context. This was an observed lesson for Year 12 PSHE. The resource pack includes the lesson PowerPoint and a double sided worksheet with activities for students to work on. The flow of the lesson is clearly shown in the notes for the PPT slides. Feedback as ever would be greatly appreciated.
